I bought this unit to do some welding car body panel replacement. I already have a 220 volt mig I used for over 10 years. has a hard time with light duties as the weld sheet. I thought this drive would be good for small welding operations and is a good brand in the world of welding. the Unit came well packed. He was not happy that the gas controller does not have a caliber, making it difficult to know when you were near the end of your bottle. I did end up adding
